Meet Ashley

My name is Ashley Munn, i’m from London, England. I am a IFBB men’s Physique competitor, trainer and gym manager on the Gold Coast. Balancing my fitness aspirations with my personal life is a big one for me and being part of global nutrition plays a big part in supporting that. Providing me with the tools i need to compete at the highest level. Besides working and being in the gym i spend time being dad to two amazing girls.

Knowing what you’re putting into your body is vital to progression and success in what ever your goal is.Knowing the quality of what GNA deliver as a brand nothing will jeopardise the end result.
